Privacy Policy
BReine is built around a simple promise: your study data stays on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what data we do — and mostly do not — process.
BReine does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. There are no analytics SDKs, no remote servers, and no advertising trackers in the app.
1. Data we store locally
All user‑generated data is stored locally on your iOS device in the App's Documents directory, including:
- Focus session logs and durations.
- Study plans, tasks, and completion status.
- Saved learning tips and favorites.
- Statistics derived from your activity (e.g., daily/weekly totals, streaks).
2. Data we do not collect
BReine does not:
- Collect analytics or usage telemetry.
- Use third‑party tracking (no Google Analytics, no advertising SDKs).
- Sync your data to external servers or cloud services.
- Request access to contacts, calendar, location, camera, or microphone.
3. Notifications
If you allow notifications, BReine uses local notifications only to signal the end of focus sessions. No notification data is sent to remote servers.
4. Data export and control
- You can choose to export your study data (e.g., JSON) for your own backup or analysis.
- You can delete the App or its local data at any time to remove all stored information.
- We do not maintain copies of your data and cannot restore it if it is lost.
5. Children's privacy
BReine is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not run accounts or remote servers, we have no way to identify or track individual users.
6. Policy changes
If we materially change how BReine handles data (for example, by adding optional cloud sync), we will update this policy and clearly describe the change inside the app before it takes effect.
